SOUTH HILLS KIWANIS BULLETIN 3/11/10

VJ MAC led the group with the singing of"AMERICA", HARRY ANDERSON
led the Pledge to the Flag. DON ANDREWS gave the invocation, and LAURENCE WILLIAMS' Thought For the Day was a quote from Aristotle:
"EXCELLENCE IS NOT AN ACT - BUT A HABIT"

Thanks to the salesmanship of JOEL BEEZY, and the DONALD STERLING FOUNDATION, there will be 225 free tickets to the Clipper game on Monday, 3/15/10, AND I believe the HERB HAFIF FOUNDATION is taking care of the bus costs, but I am not sure about the buses.

4/18/10 - Div. 35 Governer's Dinner - Double Tree Hotel- Rancho Cuca.
5/7/10 - Div. 35 Prayer Breakfast - Bowl -7:00 A. M. - Rev. Bill
5/22/10 - PANCAKE BREAKFAST -EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO WORK
OR HAVE A WRITTEN EXCUSE, AND SELL 20 TICKETS OR $100.
JULY AND AUGUST - CONCERT UNDER THE STARS - BIG FUND RAISER.
