SOUTH HILLS KIWANIS BULLETIN 6/5/08
V J MAC and GLORIA FREET got the group started with the singing of IRVING
BERLIN'S "GOD BLESS AMERICA ". Then JOHN RADCLIFFE led the Pledge
to the Flag. BILL MATTHEWS said the invocation. Then TEX WILLIAMS had
a long Thought or a short program, which he stated:
"An Amish boy and his father were in a mall in the city, and the father was
amazed by two shiny silver doors that opened up and a fat old lady in a wheel chair
pressed a button. The doors opened up, and she rolled inside and the doors closed.
Then lights went up and then in reverse order coming down. Then the doors opened
and a beautiful young blonde stepped out. The father said quietly to his son, "Go
get your mother NOW."
Tex, you have had better Thoughts than this.

we can use when we go to the grocery store. BOBBI said that current construction
